From fear to love, Estrella finally found peace.

Estrella arrived broken in body and spirit – so thin, so afraid, carrying pain no one should ever have to carry. Fear was her shield and trust felt impossible, but over the past year, our team worked tirelessly alongside vets and specialists to give her every chance possible. Slowly, she began to heal. She discovered gentle hands, formed friendships, and built an incredible bond with the people who cared for her every day.

Sadly, her body could no longer keep up. Despite everything we tried, the pain became too much, and the kindest gift we could give her was peace. We can’t change what happened before she came to us, but we could change how her story ended. Estrella left this world surrounded by love, dignity, and the people she trusted.
