Doggy finally has his happily ever after!
This beautiful dog came to us a couple of years ago with his sweet friend Gizmo, after their loving owner could no longer care for them due to health reasons. Gizmo has found her forever home, so now it’s Doggy’s turn!
Doggy is a Husky x German shepherd mix and a very sweet and cuddly dog. We don’t know Doggy’s exact age, but he’s not young anymore. He is partially blind and has hip dysplasia which is typical with adult German shepherds, meaning he is less active. He is still fit for walks, is curious, and loves to meet and play with new people and dogs.
After a life of uncertainty, Doggy has finally found his forever home and companion with one of our dedicated volunteers. And we think they make the perfect pair! He spends his days following his human around the sanctuary and getting lots and LOTS of cuddles from everyone he passes.
