Help us find a loving home for this sweet girl!
This beautiful dog recently came to us with her sweet friend Doggy, because their loving owner could no longer care for them due to health reasons. This cute couple is really close and they really enjoy going on walks together.
Gizmo is a super sweet and confident Podenco, she loves people, dogs and surprisingly cats too. She is 9 years old, but she is still super active, enthousiastic and a real hunter! Unfortunatly, as we are a farm animal sanctuary we have chickens and ducks everywhere. So, sadly this is not a place for a Podenco to have the option to be free.
We are trying to find a new forever home or foster home for both Doggy and Gizmo, as sadly as long as they stay with us their will have to live in one of our cages only coming out for walks. Especially for an active breed like Gizmo these circumstances are not perfect for her. For this reason we urgently want to find a better option for them. They are safe, healthy and cared for with us. But it is far from perfect and these sweet dogs deserve so much more. It would be lovely to see them go to a forever home together, but they are also up for adoption separetly.
