Dear sponsor, thank you so much for your unwavering support. We apologise that it has been such a long time since our last updates. We have recently launched our new website and have been working to ensure that everything is correct. We have also had a shortage of volunteers but we now have our fantastic office team up and running again. Now for the update on our wonderful sustainable projects.

Every building project that we do at Tenerife Animal Sanctuary is a sustainable project. This is because all of the things that we build with are recycled materials. We find things in the bin, get leftover materials from places, and receive donations. The most recent sustainable construction projects we have done are, building a new community kitchen, all from second-hand materials. We are currently building a stone wall all with stones from the area for a new dog space. We are also going to make a second clothes washing station. Our current station is an old washing machine that runs via human power. We have pedals from an old bike to spin the machine and then we add water with a hose. Our community has expanded greatly since our first washing machine, kitchen and animal spaces, so we are always making new things in the most sustainable way possible.

We are so happy that our community is thriving and we can take such great care of our animals. It means so much to have your sponsorship. The money you donate goes directly to helping Tenerife Animal Sanctuary, and improves the well-being of the animals here in a life changing way.
