Dear sponsor, thank you so much for your unwavering support. We apologise that it has been such a long time since our last updates. We have recently launched our new website and have been working to ensure that everything is correct. We have also had a shortage of volunteers but we now have our fantastic office team up and running again. Now for the update.

Bleeper has since passed away since your sponsorship began, but now your donation goes towards her family. Bleeper had many babies before she passed away, and they are all still around the sanctuary. They have found their own groups, mainly living near the area of the owners of Tenerife Animal Sanctuary. One of the babies, looks just like Bleeper. It is the start of spring so there are plenty of animals breeding here. Bleeper’s babies are no different. Some of her children are trying to hatch their own eggs now, so we are trying to find these eggs before they hatch. We always try to find eggs of the animals here to prevent exponential breeding. We already have so many animals to care for and if they could have as many children as they wanted, we wouldn’t be able to run the rescue for much longer without being completely overwhelmed by too many animals. We are so happy that Bleeper’s babies are doing great and she can live on through them here.
